Be aware of scammer Artis Cirulis. Scamming elderly people in Estonia, promising them pellets. Takes money, but never delivers any pellets and now struggles to give back the money.. Promising all kind of dates and weird things, but never keeps his word, complete liar. There is always some issues with the bank and so on why he can't transfer the money... his lies never end.
Don't ever do any business with ARTIS CIRULIS, there is a 100% chance you will get scammed :)
